Pretty sure I've mentioned this before. In the 70's I was a maintenance man on the NORAD Sage computer system (IBM Q-7). There were several areas in which a tech could be qualified: Central Computer, Memory, Inputs, Outputs, Tape machines, Printer, computer entry punch, displays and "Plugablle Unit" lab (where we repaired the replaceable "Pluggable Units" when they were replaced with spares.
