After mulling over my wiring problems & options for a couple of days, I decided to attack in a different direction. Since I still had the left rear wheel off,( after installing the facet fuel pump) I addressed the rear suspension. The axle buffers were dismal & fairly easy to replace. It also gave me the opportunity to inspect the rest of the suspension.
plenty to do here!
i removed the Armstrong shocks, linkage & rear spring. Now I'm in a short delay until I find a auto shop who will remove the front spring eye silentbloc .
everything else came off easily.
i had already ordered rebuilt shocks from TRF,
linkage & bushings from Moss.
