Any suggestions on how to get the nylon bushing out of a later model dual line MC? Having easily removed the clip and snap ring I FOOLISHLY thought the piston and assorted rubbers would just pull out. Cant see how to use a 4LB sledge so I need a better course of action. Thanks in advance.

drill it out carefully is what I did. others have used a torch. It has to come out in pieces.

JP is talking about that nylon ring that is hiding the clip that is BELOW it!
Once you get the nylon ring (and circlip beneath it)out the unit just falls apart.

Ok, thanks. Will carefully drill out and go from there. Had not noticed a replacement in the rebuild kit but must have overlooked it.
