If you still have your 11" rotors and calipers on, check to see how far down the pads sit in relation to the outside edge of the rotors. I don't remember offhand, but if they are down at least an 1/8", then there won't be a problem. If they are less then an 1/8", then as the pads wear, they will start to overlap the top of the rotors. I put 10 3/4" cross-drilled rotors on my TR3, but I also installed 4-pot Toyota calipers with TR6 mounting brackets.
Edit: Also, are these vented or just cross-drilled? The cross-drilled ones should be the same thickness as original. If they are vented (fins between the inner and outer sections), then they will be too fat.
