OK. My car has sat for a few years. Tires are dry Rotted. The spare in the trunk is not as bad. So I put it on the left front. The inner hub of the wheel rubs on the caliper. Shaved off a good 1/16th of an inch off the caliper. Obviously there is different off set for these 13x4 inch wires? How do I know the difference for I will need to get a new one for my spare? Also what is the preferred engine oil for a 1275cc? The Title should read 1968 not 1068

20W-50 motor oil with adequate ZDDP or add your own (you can buy the additive). I think you will only find it in racing oils or some diesel oils. I use VR1 as it is commonly available for me but there are others.
