Anyone know of a source for these? (See pic.) Mine are pitted and I want "pretty" ones!

Bear in mind these are for the 100M carbs, not the stock SUs that come on the basic 100.

Thanks.

Hi Reid,
The Moss # 376-098 "support set" fits perfectly. BTW, some restoration manuals claim that the brackets were overpainted in aluminum? See pic.

Hmmm... I was led to believe by some very knowledgeable folks that the larger 100M carbs needed a different set of support bars, and that they were not available from Moss. So, you're sure that they're not different for those used on the standard car with the smaller carbs, and that the ones in the Moss catalog will fit all right?

I'm not one of the "knowledgeable". The "280" kit does not list different support bars. The float bowl can pivot (rotate) on on it's mount to adjust to any slight dimensional differences. From my pic, can you see anything wrong with these bars? Note that the manifold end of the bar holes is slotted to accommodate slight dimensional differences. I will leave it to the more knowledgeable. I would be horrified if you ended up with the wrong parts.

Sand blasted, tad of filler, some sanding, they could easily be brought back. Personally I like doing that kind of "body" work. As long as the strength of the supports is still good.
