100M carb question

Have noticed in some pictures that the overflow pipe/tube for the SU's empties into the cold air box on a 100M or any BN2 with the cold air box. Have also seen some pictures where it drops down from the carb side and any overflow would drip between the frame, engine area. Which is correct ? If having it overflow into the cold air box, would the raw fuel simply evaporate inside the box ? The Anderson/Moment bible shows the tubes going into the cold air box but I could not find any reference to that. Looks simply enough to change as appears to simply go through a rubber grommet right into the cold air box.
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks Tadek ! If you do get any overflow guess it just evaporates inside
the cold air box ?
