I am about ready to fire up my freshly rebuilt BN1. DW Aluminium head, 9:1 C.R., mild performance cam, "M" carbs and distributor. Does anyone have a recommended sparkplug?

Hang in there...that's not the easiest way to lose 40 pounds I'm sure, but you keep posting, we'll keep de-scrambling and look foward to hearing from you.
