For most of us that will never own a real 100S, this might be the closest we get. A nice video shot during the 2005 100S 50th anniversary event in Australia.

During a business trip to Toronto several years ago, I visited Precision Sportscar Service, owned by Michael Salter -- a 100S owner. He was just finishing installing driving lights in preparation for participation in the Targa Newfoundland. He invited me to go for a test drive in his 100S. If the speedometer was correct, we were doing a "tad" in excess of the speed limit on some Toronto streets!

Hi Dougie,

Really enjoyable and reminiscent of past dreams...or when a friend (owner of an original M) and I would travel cross country in our Healeys.

Thanks again,
