The Australian film-makers simply thought of featuring a car with a suffix that sound the same as Déesse (French for Goddess) the featured car being a Citroen DS (could be a DS20 or a DS21). I have driven both models and they induce the feeling of riding in a living room rolling on a billiard table.

And the TR2-3 diden't even make the list....... Yet almost every other Triumph did. go figure?.....
Quite an intresting list. Not all my idea of "beauty" but still a very neat collection.
My list would be drastically different.

The 250 would make my list, just for the beauty of that V8 tucked under the hood!
 
Having owned an SP & driven it & heard that engine, I'd agree it should've been on the list.

I'm wondering why they put that Citroen on the list instead of the SM!! But, neither deserves #2 slot; heck, not even the top 10!

Be interesting to see a vote count breakdown. They say "hundreds" voted with 367 choices. I'll bet you don't have to get very far down the list to see single digit votes per car.

There is also a TV show that covers the same report. #1 E-type...although I regret selling my 2+2 coupe last summer the roadster without a doubt locks up top spot and will one day rejoin my British Babes!.
 
tiga2, can you imagine! i dont care what the votes/poles etc. say we all know the ones we like and under fair voting ill bet the favs. would be a more consistent group. :savewave:
