100 Clutch Return Spring

Can some body please help?? What does the end of the clutch return spring attach to? I know that one end attaches to the lever on the cross rod of the fork to the release bearing, but I can not remember what the other end attaches to? It does not show in the service manual. If you look at Moss it looks like it attaches to a small eye that attaches to the grease fitting on the clutch pedal rod. I do not think that is correct. For one the treads are not long enough on the fitting. If somebody has a picture that would be great!

Thank you in advance!

Tod

The little trapezoid bracket attaches to the bell-housing/engine plate. Use the bolt at the roughly 8 O'clock position when looking from the rear. The moss exploded view is a bit misleading as it doesn't show the bellhousing. No pic, sorry.

Hey Tod,
I will see if I can take a picture of mine and post it here if I can figure out how. If not I can send to your e-mail address.
Regards,
Mike
