100/4 spark plug boots

Has anyone ever see the original spark plug boots referred to in the concours guidelines, straight rubber with cylinder numbers molded in? How about a photo? It's about the only original part for the car that's I've never seen. (Just found the proper hammer and Tecalemit grease gun).
 
I have. My mostly original 100M still has them on cylinder no's 3 and 4. I'll post a picture if I can figure out how.
