It does look good, with lots of work completed. But if it is so dry there in central California, why all the surface rust on the body panels? Maybe many years have gone by since they were stripped?? One might want to blast them with something to clean them up.
Too bad that it's not north of the US-Canadian border. The recent rise in the US dollar makes buying a car in the US tough for us Canadians at the moment.
