100/4 oil gallery problems

After starting the new rebuit engine (here in Spain in a local shop) I discovered that I have no oil in the rocker shaft. I doubted if it was a problem with the new head gasket and remove the head. Moving the engine with the starter the oil gauge show pressure but no oil coming from the gallery. I found the oil gallery in the block stucked and tried to open it with a wire with good results. Cleaning the gallery with air previous to change the oil I discovered bubles of air in the coolant passage next to the oil gallery. Obviously bad news. Reading the posts and the web I find information and solution for a similar problem with 100/6 and 3000 engines but not for 100/4.

Apart for blaming the shop for not to check the galleries any advice? I am removing the engine from the car but I have to know if I could use a similar solution as the Moss Kit or even the solution of this Swedish shop (https://healeyspecialists.com/solution-to-infamous-3000-block-internal-leak-problem/) but in the 100/4 the space is more reduced. Finding a new block could be hard and expensive.

Thank you for your help and advice, finding specialist help in Spain is not easy.
