Something is worth what someone is willing to pay. That car at that auction was worth that price. Next comes the conversations that not all auctions are alike in honesty of bids, abilities to milk the bid, etc. etc. and layered over that is the ad in the newspaper, or website etc. etc. How about Los Angeles versus Peoria? ENJOY your Healey they are toys not investments

Yes our Healey's are to be enjoyed and play a much bigger part then just mere investments...however, I never throw good money after bad, and have always recieved a very good return on ALL of my British sport cars in the last 26 years. Their are Healey's and their are Healey's! It all depends on the specimen in your possession!
