    I have a 1959 100/6, the factory vin plate shows a number of "BN4L-S/74978" there is another plate under the above plate stamped "serial number", with a number of 3653. The 3653 is positioned to hang underneath the BN4L plate showing the 3653 number. Does anyone else have this type plate...

    Austin Healey 3000 BT7 1960 VIN chassis STAMP location

    Hi, I'm looking for the VIN number stamped in the chassis of my Austin Healey Mark 1 BT7 from 1960.
