T-Series TC SU Tuning
Hi Guys I needs some tech help to tune a single carb on my 48 Supercharged TC. I think that it's running lean as the idle won't stay consistent and I get a backfire from the manifold sometimes when I turn off the ignition. I am not familiar with with the early SUs. Does anyone have any tech... -

MGB Dashpots not synchronized
Hi, I am wondering how I can get my dashpots on my HIF4 CU carburetors to be synchronized. The front carbs dashpot is much harder to lift and drops quite a bit slower than the rear. On top of this, the rear dashpot has a lot more free play. I thought this might have been a result of mix-up...- Carlbanan56

MGB SU HS4 jet height adjustments
I read somewhere that the top of your jet should be flush with the bridge. Is this true, and if so, is this causing any major running issues?- torque-drive

Backfire through carbs
Any help is appreciated. After I had the carbs rebuilt I began to have a constant backfire at all speeds. When I disconnect the #1 spark plug wire the backfiring stops. I have replace wires and distributor cap.- Jimkayh
