MGB Back on the road

After much consternation my MGB is back on the road. It's been a long and frustrating journey over these past few years, but as of today I'm able to drive the car. If nothing else I've gained more experience with the fact that finding a shop that can do good work is incredibly hard, even when you can afford it. The shop I used in AZ proved to be a bloody nightmare, but as they're now out of business it's just a hard lesson learned. So I continue to work on my mechanical skills in the quest to be self-sufficient.

Suspension and front brakes
> MGB - Front suspension rebuild is next <

This past weekend a good friend helped me get the brakes bled (with help from a genuine shade tree in his back yard). The brakes I replaced last summer are finally working well, though they squeak like crazy.

So now the MGB is a car again. Plenty of needs still (heater fan doesn't work, tach is broken, dash lights don't work, door skins need to be replaced, transmission leaks a bunch...) but it is an actual car again.

Always something to tinker with/on, but I know you're glad to get to enjoy it again!
