A vintage photo I just picked up on the weekend here in Calgary, of a gas station and hotel/motel in what appears to be Oakwood, which seems to be a suburb of London? Based on some websearch results...

Here is the photo, any British people remember this building at all? Just a long shot really, and enjoy some of the old cars... I also have great mid 1950's photos of the Fraserburgh and Peterhead harbours...

Weird, when I did a web search I got nothing... That's definitely the place... Now do I try to get in touch with the guy who posted on that forum... I rather like the photo, but he would probably appreciate it more...
