Since I purchased my Illustration of a Bugeye from David Townsend I have taken it to five car shows.
I place it next to my Bugeye sitting on an easel and it seems to draw people to the car.
The amazing thing is that I won a trophy at each of those shows. Before using the illustration it was hit or miss as to weather I would win a trophy.
Two of the 5 trophies were at all British car shows.

Also my luck at buying raffle tickets and winning has greatly improved..
At one show I bought $5 worth of tickets and won 3 times and at another show I bought $20 worth of tickets and won 5 times. I also found a lucky penny laying beside my car on the day I won 5 prizes. So on that day I am not sure if it was the penny or the illustration.

Anyway if you take your British car to car shows you might want to look into getting one of David's illustrations.

Here, here! That's an amazing record. Not sure if it's the illustration but, hey, I'm happy to accept part of the credit. Here's a pic of Bill and the illustration at a recent show.

I also have prints for the MKII and MKIII Sprites and the MKII Midget. All can be found on the Sports Car Art site. Here's one of the MKIII in blue with whitewalls. These can be ordered in any of the factory exterior and interior trim colors, including a fair number of period and factory accessories/options.
