Paint Scheme 1957 100-6 door jams

Anyone have a definite viewpoint on the color and paint lines for doors on 1957 100-6 ?? Base color of the car is silver with black panel on the side. Question is .... does the black stop at the door edge and the entire length of the door interior ( specifically the flat area near the door lock ) remain silver or does the black panel continue all the way to the interior panel?? Probably a minor point but my opinion is the door should be all silver and the black stop at the door edge... Your comments are welcome

Here's my definite viewpoint/ignorant guess: If I were a dealer painting the cove on a Healey, I wouldn't waste any time and effort fussing with the inside of the doors. I'd just mask the outside area off and paint the second color. I could double my time fussing with the inside of the door and not contribute one whit toward selling the car. My 2 cents.

Having said this, there are plenty of two-tone cars on the forum and it'll be interesting to see if any are painted that way.
