Tore the cooling system down (didn't make notes),& now can't figure out what size bols/where things go. Is there anyone with an early '74,that could help me?The shop manuals are WORTLESS,when trying to put thingstogether by memory. Is there a parts/restoration manual available,that could help me? - Doug
 
Doug, probably easiest if you post pics - then we can all wade in
 
Trust yourself, but don't force anything. Post pics and ask for help when you get stuck.
 
Just tired of the Haynes/Factory manuals NOT showing what I need to see.WHY is it ALWAYS a manual for "Bugeye to Rubber Bumper"? Is there a manual that shows how things go together,for OUR car?Could you imagine a Ford Falcon manual that covered "1960 -1970"? Is there a manual that covers my car,& not EVERY model before/after it? - Doug

Yes, get a Bentley manual. I think E-bay would be easiest.

When reassembling just start one bolt then put the rest in the holes till it looks right.

Hey my first reference manual was the MOSS Catalog. It's always worked for me. After that I consult factory shop manuals I've acquired over the years. Seth has assembled a pretty good reference library. Google Spridget Guru.
