They should have kept that employee on a tighter leash. When he is sentenced, will they send him to the pound? We know he had bad breath, but I wonder which was worse - his bark or his bite? The article said he had addictions to cannabis and the dog bones but says nothing about parked cars, fire hydrants or mailmen. Ok, I'll stop now. :D
