I would have first thought of a direct drive to the drill, but their friction solution on the wheel was so simple!

Amazing, i would not have thought it would get so far on a charge. I did have a friend though who powered his large RC warship with a drill and a servo.
 
[I used to be able to post a YouTube using the embed feature but it no longer works for me - odd - wonder what changed]

Anyway, you should look at some of the related OTHER videos. Amazing, though similar, stuff.
 
Mark - if you remove the "s" from the "https" in the link, it should work ok.

Mark- I don't think you had to remove the "s" before. The added "s" means it's secure. I guess YouTube must have started adding it to the URL address.
