I get the chills reading that news.
 
I'm all for DWI arrests but this is ridiculous. IIRC you can get one in an electric wheelchair too....:rolleyes:

You can get a DUI for driving pretty much anything - bicycle, snowmobile, electric scooter/ wheelchair. I am however trying to visualize the chase!
