fuel tank sending unit

Has anyone out there purchased a moss new sending unit was wondering if it controls the needle from bouncing around while driving

The Moss unit will not do anything to reduce the fluctuations as it's constructed similar to the original.

I added one of these to the back of my gauge - it reduces the fluctuations somewhat:

I have always felt that the most accurate fuel gauge is the odometer.
