Why is it carrying the current Triumph MC logo?

I'll guess that it has to do with ownership of Triumph marque and logos. I believe that British Motor Heritage Ltd. owns the Triumph car marque which would preclude anyone from using the logos without their permission. I think BMW might own the Triumph MC marque and they, or whoever is making Triumph bikes now, have agreed to let the builder of this car use it. Again, only a guess. Tom
