XKE SIII Drivers Door Mirror Knob

I just bought a Series III OTS and like most, the drivers door mirror knob has been broken off with no stub remaining. Can anyone post a photo of the knob showing how far out it sticks and the shape of the end so I can turn my own?

Google it online..there is a PDF originality manual online that I am sure has a picture.
