Anyone in Columbia, SC?

Little far from me, and I wouldn't have a clue what to look for

I might be able to get a name of a Club member in that region

I emailed the seller and he will be sending me more pictures later today.

Peter- I think I saw that car at their show in May

Don, do you remember if it was decent? How was the interior, etc?

I don't really think I looked at it Peter.
Probably just walked by it
I thought there was a couple of that type there.
Will see if I can find pics of the show

What part of Columbia is the car located in? I have a few friends up that way that may be able to take a look depending on location.

Don...is your car on the road now?

I live about 50 miles away from this car. Have heard about it but have never seen it at any of our shows and he does not belong to our local British car club. I do know a member who owns several Morris Minors who lives nearer than I do and I sent him an email to see if he ever met the seller or seen the car. Will keep you posted. Eric

Thanks Eric.
My next idea was to contact you
Wasn't there a couple of Morris's at the last show?

Don I looked at the photos and the registration list and don't see any Morris Minors there. In 2013 there was a Morris Minor pick up as well as a Traveller. Eric

Hi Eric. I've had some emails with the seller and should have more pictures soon. I'll let you know when he gets back to me.

Well, the deal is done! :D I will be the new custodian of a 1959 Morris Minor Traveller! I am not sure yet if it will be shipped here or if a weekend road trip is in the works. The seller already found a transport company and the price is about equal to a road trip. We shall see.

Cool, Pete - congratulations!

If it's a road trip, and you find yourself near Townsend TN (not too far from Knoxville) as an overnight, let me know. We may be in Townsend, depending on when you make your plans.

Mickey

Thanks guys! An interesting "coincidence" about this car - it's a 1959 which is the year my wife was born AND the first three letters of the VIN are her initials! Cool, huh??
