Email to friend in California: "Hi - I'm interested in that driver side heater core, and the speedometer you have for sale. Does the heater core leak? Does the speedometer work correctly?"

Friend: Haven't tested the heater core. Speedometer works fine.

Me: If the heater core has no leaks, and the speedometer works, I'll buy them both.

Friend: Great. I'll test the heater core.

No word for two weeks, so -

Me: Any luck in testing that heater core?

Friend: Did you want the driver side, or the passenger side?"

Me: Driver side. And the speedometer. Did you test the heater core for leaks?

Friend: Did you want the speedometer too?

Me: Yes, the driver side heater core, and the speedometer.

Friend: OK - I'll pack them up today.

Two weeks later -

Me: Say, do you recall when you shipped that heater core and speedometer?

Friend: I've got the heater core all ready to ship. Will do that tomorrow.

Me: Will you ship the heater core with the speedometer?

Friend: Which speedometer?

:wall:

Give me Strength!

Ever happen to you?

Tom

So, do you want both the heater core and the speedometer?

Can relate fully! "By the way, where do I ship it to?"

I'm growing close - giving up and making the "final jump"!

I can hear Struther Martin now: "What we have hear, is a failure to communicate."

You need to post a Rick Inghram ad - "Wanted - cat herder"
"You want fries with that?".
