The -53C (wind chill) on that link translates to -65F. Holy cow!

It's about 18F here (and windy). I'm snowblowing my driveway and sidewalks but I can only stand it for about 10 minutes and then I come in to warm up. I'll need about two more 10 minute stints to finish.

I have a good number of friends and relatives who are Canadian. I just send that link out to them.
 
Had some windfall overnight, got really gusty but temps are livable. Low went to 43°F, our "high" today is supposed to be 53°F... not "average" (+15° is "normal") but no where NEAR as brutal as what you guys are dealin' with.

I wouldn't last your first 10 minutes, Nial. I'm a snivelin' shiverin' mess just thinkin' on it! :sick: :cryin:
