Ok, it's only a body suit

I liked her as the Vegas showgirl last week better than as a bodybuilder, go figure.

No kidding. She looks like Lou Ferrigno in drag.

Thanks for putting that image in my head - I'm feeling green.

Is there nothing one can't find on the internet?

Oh My! That is something I never thought I'd see.

Would she be famous,if she wasn't a female?
I', SO tired of the hype, that everytime she does
something,that it's VERY IMPORTANT!!
If,as a driver,& male,nobody would give her
any attention,but,since she's a female,she's worthy
of anything that she does.
I feel that if you're male,or female,you need to
truly prove yourself to get respect.

:eagerness: Me three.

Danica is Dan Patrick's daughter, so she does have a "racing" pedigree, and she had some success at open wheel driving. Does pedigree give you the automatic right to a driver's seat? Not always, but if you go through the ranks of all the major motorsports leagues, "racing is in the blood" is more than just a saying.

Unfortunately, motorsports on the national level is all about the marketing and sponsorship dollars. People moaned an groaned when Jeff Gordon became the "new" face of NASCAR in the 1990s saying that NASCAR "sold its soul"...but now you look at the personalities in the Sprint Cup field and you have 43 Jeff Gordons. Even the so-called "bad boys" know they have to acknowledge their sponsors. All Danica is doing is using her pretty face to bring in the marketing & sponsorship dollars. Let's face it, when you don't have the victories to bring you the headlines, you gotta do what you gotta do.

My own opinion is that Danica does have some degree of driving talent. I think she still is on the learning curve in terms of stock car racing, and I'm not 100% sure she'll ever be completely comfortable in a Sprint Cup car. She is a competitor, and I don't think she is going to tolerate consistently being in the mid-20s when it comes to the final standings for long. If we don't see 2014 as a "breakthrough" year, I think she will go back to open wheel.

Say what you will, but this is one pretty lady! And she's got guts to go along with her beauty! PJ

:iagree:

Believe the operative word is... WORD!

Awright, Paul - STOP IT! Santa's watching!

Looks like we might have a few dirty old men around these parts, myself included.:redface-new:
