After purchasing my BN7 a year ago, I immediately decided that I needed a brake servo. These were not offered on the MK1. I bought the Victoria British servo unit with the installation kit and the pretty thorough instructions, but I would like a picture of a servo installation on a similar car. In retrospect, I may have been a bit hasty in buying this unit, as I found part of my issue with the car's brakes was the close proximity of the brake and accelerator pedals. These were just 2" apart, a good deal closer than the pedals on several BJ8s owned by our club members. I have now repositioned the pedals on the arms, giving me plenty of space between them (well, a bit tight to the left of the clutch), and this has increased my satisfaction with the car's fully rebuilt brakes. But I still have the servo and want to install it, first wanting to properly position the unit under the rf wing before making the connections. Any experience with this out there?
