That sounds like something I'd do (without the modern video stuff),if I made way too much money. ........ wait a minute - there's this "free" Datsun B210 that I have way toomuch money into,and...... - Doug
 
And how many of us have rebuilt/restored a car or something else and spent way more than it was worth in money terms because it meant something. I did that with my first Sunbeam Alpine which was it seemed like a 50% rebody, just because that car and I had gone from high school to college to the west coast and back over the years. Too many memories to just let it die like many would.
 
That was kind of the basic premise of the TV show "Pimp My Ride", wasn't it? Dump tons of money and labor into a car that wasn't worth the investment. It looks like this one was done a bit more tastefully, and certainly less gregarious than the ones on the show.

And yes, living in DC and rooting for the Redskins, I could have told you Alfred Morris is a real stand up guy even before this article. He's the kind of player that you want to root for.
