BN2 Pertronix Question

Hi guys,

I installed a Pertronix unit in the dizzy of my BN2 but I don't think it's sitting in the correct place. I did the best I could without doing any cutting or drilling but the screw hole in the Petronix unit does not line up. I tried rotating it all around the distributor plate but nothing matched. Does any one have a picture (close-up) of a properly installed Petronix unit in a BN2 distributor.

I installed a complete Petronix distributor in my BJ8 and it has worked perfectly for 4 years. If you don't care about original looks - I recommend this mod.

Thanks

Sounds like they sold you an incorrect one. Pertronix tech support told me the modules are the same - it's the base plates that differ.
