This coming weekend we're hosting over 3000 military re-enactors, at the largest encampment in New England.
Representing military regiments - and their families - from the Pequot Wars of the 17th century, through the French/Indian wars, American Revolution, and into the Napoleonic Wars (War of 1812). Three days of battle re-enactments, regimental camps, skirmishes, and an evening where visitors can walk through the campsites and observe what "life on the road" was like 300 years ago.
