Does anyone have an extra TR3 inside the trunk latch piece they can spare? Doesn't seem previous owner saved it and the big 3 only sell the chrome handle. PM me with price if you have one. Thanks in advance, Bruce

Exactly what piece are you looking for?? The square driver piece that attaches to the chromate screw you're showing in the photo?? That comes with the chrome handle as an assembly. Look carefully at the link I have below from Moss and you will see it. That's how Moss sent all of my handles...with the square driver's as part of the assembly.

If you mean the latch itself, P/N 602217, TRF has them on sale.

This piece outlined, ideally with the 2 screws. (To clarify - picture below is not my car but one I saw at the 2010 TRA). I have a new latch with the square drive, but nothing to fit it into....

Bruce-

That part is still available, its the same as one of the latches on the spare tire door as well.

Bruce I'm sure I have one if you need it, just let me now if it's right or left side. Mine has a key lock so I don't know for sure which one you need. You would need to paint it though. I'm sure I have a couple screws also.

Thanks Keith - appreciate that. But I'll go with a new one - they're cheap enough.

Sorry Randall, need to disagree on that -
Yup, my mistake; didn't read down far enough in the SPC.
However, it lists 602217 as the LH lock for the earlier cars, which I believe is correct. The LH lock turns CCW to open, which is the same as the locking handle does (at least mime did). The RH lock turn CW to open.
