This maybe a novice question but..... Is there a trick to getting the horn button pressed into the clip of a standard steering wheel?

on a 63 tr4

I can get the horn button into two of the clips but not the third, should I bend the clip?

Number 2 into number 5?

Nope you shouldn't bend it, but it can be a little tight. I think I've used a small screwdriver or needle or something to persuade the clip to start - but it will all go together - don't bend it.

Just put one on mine with no problem. Can't remember, but believe
if you look on the back it can only be put on certain way.

push straight down or start with the 2 top prongs and try to get the third prong of the clip in there?

I think I had success getting the 2 started first, then working the third one in place.
