Ebay photo viewing problem

While looking up an ad for a MG TD tub for sale, I tried to view a group of photos on the car. Every time I click on a photo to enlarge it, it pops up for a second and then goes to a blank screen. I've temporarily disabled Windows defender and my firewall, which didn't help. I am also signed in to ebay. Would this be an ebay problem or mine? PJ

Paul - what's the item number? I'll see what happens when I try to view it.

Just to clarify - Paul, what do you mean "it pops up for a second and then goes to a blank screen". You mean it opens the Photobucket page, you see the photo, and then the Photobucket page closes?

Yes, that's what happens! I've had a problem with photobucket doing that before, to the extent I switched to Flicker for all my i net photos. I didn't check to see if the ebay photos were a photobucket presentation. I did get into the photobucket site to download all my stored photos a couple months ago, but when they came through, they were shrunk down to avatar size and wouldn't expand. Could have possibly lost 6 years of photos stored on Pbucket. PJ

Paul - unless you deleted the photos, they're still on Photobucket.

Log in, open each photo one at a time, and choose Download from the options box.

I just found a solution to the problem! It is a browser issue. I've used the latest version of Flock for years for moving photos to web sites. Since Photobucket made changes to their site language, I just found out it doesn't work in Flock anymore. I tried to log on in the Opera browser and everything works fine, which is what I'm on now. Brought back all my old photos. I made a mistake before as some of these photos aren't in my computer or on a stick, only in Pbucket, so I couldn't retrieve them. Remember, I have no Internet Explorer! As they say, all's well that ends well! Thanks Tom for your efforts. PJ
