There are currently two channels (rooms): The general channel and "The Shed". To make sure you are in the shed (if you want to be in the shed), click on the little "S" icon to the left of the chatbox.
 
Update: I had to take the new shed offline. Having a weird problem with the chat window flashing and need to figure a solution.
