Knee Joints problem solved! ??

As most of you know, I broke my hip in three places about a year ago. All has healed up, and I'm very pleased, but my knees have been giving me trouble since. They ache every day! Someone told me to take a teaspoon of honey once a day with cinnamon on it and see if it helps. ????. Well, after 3 days, the ache/pain went away! Crazy as it might sound, I haven't had any knee pain for the last month. I have no idea if it works for everyone and would not advise anyone to try it; I'm just making a statement about me and my results. I'm 88 and walking upright again without any pain! (y) (y)

Something I didn't add to my last post. I use (as advised), Raw Honey, not processed.

A few years back I was able to source a supply of raw Tupillo honey in the comb.
That was a time when I was in lots of joint pain that had me on the ropes.
I had about two tablespoons of it a day every day.
During that time I was also on a diet heavy on opiates that didn't seem to be working.
My source for that honey evaporated and other more expensive brands were not worth it.
I still have two or three bricks of it that have turned to sugar.
My neighbor who is a Nutcase for anything that's alternative health treatments was my wholesale connection.
If I could find the original brand I would buy another case or two.

Steve - you can soften that hardened honey by slowly heating the container in hot (not boiling) water.

Also, there's lots of Tupelo honey for sale on Google, Amazon, Walmart, etc.

Thanks, I'll try heating it.

Order Tupelo straight from Lanier and sons in Fla. Get the real stuff shipped proper.
