If a person has been using P .012 on intake and exhaust valve gaps with such a cam and the car goes like a rocket would this setting cause any damage? If the valve gaps were opened up to .014 and.016 would there be much of a noticeable increase in power? Would there be a louder clatter with the .014 and 016 ? I finally found the receipt for the cam from Shadbolt in Vancouver BC,no longer in business. Here is what is known about the cam: M518 *duration @227"@.050"(280 degrees advertised) .280" camlift .420" valve lift on 109 degree lobe c/L .....Valve gap not on receipt. I did phone them many years ago to find out the preferred gap but lost that info. Any thoughts on this? Karl
