The radio security code is malfunctioning, and not letting me use the radio. It is a factory stock Jaguar radio. Is there an easy way to bipass the code? If not, how do you go about replacing the radio? Does it require pulling the upholstery panels off, or will the radio pull out from the front?

Depends on what year, but most only require removing the knobs then the front panel.
On my 94, the radio had 'hidden' spring clips along the sides which require thin metal or plastic strips to slide in the sides.
What do you mean "The radio security code is malfunctioning"?
