My name is Purcell. I am just starting a frame off restoration of a 57 TR3 I have owned since 1981. I bought it thinking it had been restored, but was sadly disappointed when the paint started to peel a year later. I finally have the time, money and space to do a proper rebuild. Looking for help and guidance from this forum.

Welcome to the British Car Forum. Your restoration will be worth it when you’re done.

Hi Purcell - welcome to BCF.

"I bought it thinking it had been restored, but was sadly disappointed"

I think many of us here have experienced exactly the same feeling. (And some who have bought online w/o actually seeing the car would agree!)

Good to have you with us!
Tom M.
