Hello all! New to the forum and apologize for my borderline computer skills in advance!
I am working on a full restoration of (what I believe is) a 1959 TR3 A. I am doing a lot of the body/rust repair, and some hammer/dolly work. I have run into a small spotwelded tab (with a portion broken off it appears) on the outer portion of the inner fenders and would appreciate if anyone can explain what these may have been for originally? The left (where I have started some dent pulling) shows pretty clearly, the right side you may need to enlarge or zoom in... They almost appear like one of the small welded tabs for wiring loom, but I can't see any purpose of where they are at being inside the fender well area.
