Riding the clutch?

Mine get marred on the ball of my left boot. That's where it rides the side of the clutch pedal on me.

Miata, right? How big is the footwell - do boots fit?

I daily a VW GTI - and just read it that it is as wide, and LONGER than the original (1984) Jeep Cherokee. It has plenty of foot room!

I wear boots daily, and they do fit. Lace up work boots are bit of a tight fit, but they work as well.

I'll take a picture next time I hop in it.

Okay, I took a hike this morning, so I'm wearing my work boots. You can see the dark spot where the clutch pedal rubs the left boot. And then you can see that there is room for my boots. My biggest issue with my Miata was my legs, I have a 36" inseam and between the steering wheel and the arm rest on the door panel there was no where for my knees. A slightly smaller Momo wheel and flat door panels created the leg room I needed.
