Yesterday I went out to clear the driveway - the snowblower took one look at the snow and promptly quit. Good news is that we didn't lose power, coffee and tea are fresh and we have nowhere to go. Oh and they are coming today to plow the drive. In the meantime - in daylight.

Time for an update. I had a stern word with the snowblower today followed by a little dismantling. Can you spot the problem?

The fellow who was to plow the drive didn;t show (he is a dairy farmer so has many bovine responsibilities) so the driveway remains impassible - but, my brother grabbed me a new belt in town and in 15 minutes (quicker and easier than the youtube videos) it was up and running again.
