I bought this GMS 66t model Whites detector at a yard sale.
The price was right, but it has no batteries.Does anyone know what
batteries it uses,and/or have more information on this?
My Uncle Ed Milota sold and used these these, starting in the 'mid '60's,
& knew how to use them without making a mess of things by tearing up
ground. He quit his job at Southern California Edison & sold detectors &
helped people find lost items like rings, etc. He also knew Mr.White, who
owned the company based in Sweet Home,Oregon.
