Writing as a non-racer, a few things stand out:

Is that much wheel lift normal for a Big Healey? I don't recall seeing anything approaching that much lift in vintage photos and films. Or maybe it's a product of modifications now being made to the cars that were not done back in the day?

It seemed like the driver was constantly sawing the steering wheel (steering left and right rapidly). Can't the car drive even in a straight line without constant correction?

What an impressive guy Jack is. So articulate and personable. He'll go far!

Heavier front anti-sway bars seem to be more normal these days.

I'm sure the picture captured for the video title page was prior to Jack making the sway bar change at the 2-minute mark in the video. The common mistake is to go too large and too stiff with the anti-sway bar which will raise the front wheel as pictured. It's not the fastest way around the circuit, but does keep the rear from stepping out. With Jacks superior car control, it probably felt like a pig to him and immediately he wanted to soften it up.

As for the constant sawing of the wheel, when on the edge of grip with bais-ply tires you're in a constant slid, working the wheel to keep the car under you is a must. In addition, Goodwood's straights really aren't straight at all and many of the true corners a off camber making the drive even more challenging. Jack is very much a true English gentleman, it was a pleasure meeting him at RA last fall.
