Thanks for the reminder. But following a long-standing New England tradition, any announcement of an impending eclipse immediately results in cloud cover appearing out of nowhere!

I know the feeling. For last year's Solar Eclipse, I took a two-day road trip to Kerrville, TX only to have the skies completely overcast. The forecast for that area had looked hopeful, but just got progressively worse as the time drew nigh.
 
And like a well-regulated Swiss watch ... as the eclipse ends here, the clouds begin to part!

Nice and clear here - we woke up for (almost) totality (Ok to go to the bathroom :LOL: ) - very much a blood moon but not exactly the solar eclipse.
 
I saw the beginning of it at my house but since I still had to come to work today I couldn't stay up until 2AM for the completion.

I know that feeling! I've got a LUCAS flashlight - works great outside,during the day.
